ABOUT THE LIST OF NAMES:
These names are not an inventory of SWPA place names,
but a listing of places relevant to the 503d PIR experience.
It was not unusual for a geographical place to have multiple
names - the Native name, the Japanese-use name, the
American-use name , and the phonetic efforts by
various Company clerks attempting to record the prevalent
