EXAMPLE #5 (TOP) This is the Middle Entrance of the 3 Door heavy concrete bunker near Infantry Point and was shot on the 10 Jan 2009.The right corner of the passageway, looking from the photographer doesn’t show any scrapping yet.

SITE NUMBER 2 - THE C1 CONTROL STATION
EXAMPLE #6 - (ABOVE) is a 2004 image showing the support iron, lower level, left corner still in place, although much of the concrete of the ledge above has been chipped away. There is thick rebar in the concrete overhang, though the date of its loss isn't recorded in my photographs. Chipping away the concrete is the first step in the process.

6 - (BELOW) - Taken on 15th Feb 2008, C1's corner support irons are now gone. At some point between 2004 and 2008, C1 was desecrated. Not only were their structures ruined, the azimuth readings painted on the overhang are now gone.
