HERALDRY - THE TAPS CREST _________________	© 2004 Heritage Bn - All Rights Reserved Commissioned for the Heritage Bn., this design study for a Corregidor medallion/ring adorns the TAPS page. The crest is designed to set a commemorative tone, with a paratrooper (foreground) falling to Corregidor below. Immediately behind him a canopy, partially in shadow, appears to give him angel's wings. The crest has no official status except as a logo of this website. *See the design study for the obverse crest, a memorial medallion to St. Michael, the patron saint of Paratroopers.*
